We start with Angus and Herford lines of cattle raised in specific regions of the country that are perfectly suited for consistently producing the best in class cattle. Working closely with our vendors, we ensure the boxed beef or portion cuts we produce keep the consistent quality we require to meet the needs of our customers.
Aging is another key component for beef to reach is maximum taste and tenderness. All our beef, whether purchased retail, wholesale or through our portion cut program, have been aged to perfection. If you require 21-days or 45-days we are happy to provide the extra time necessary to meet your specifications. Please see our portion control list of products that have been aged for a minimum of 21-days.
